RITI is a joint effort of researchers and professors from Ibero-American universities, based in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Published semiannually, RITI aims to disseminate technical and unpublished articles in computer science, computer science, and its various applications.

With international reach through the Internet, it is aimed at students, professors, researchers, and professionals from all areas that integrate information technologies in fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Administration, Education, Social Sciences, among others. Through its publications, RITI disseminates both partial and final research results, fostering the exchange of knowledge and promoting scientific advancement in the region and worldwide.

The journal - published by the Educational System for Scientific Research and Technological Innovation (SEICIT) - and this site are managed independently by members and collaborators of the Research Groups: Smart Services for Information Systems and Communication Networks (SISCOM) (Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain) and the Research Group for Educational Technology R&D+i (UAS-CA-303).
