COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE CONTROL OF PARK VEHICLES IN LAS TUNAS

The adequate and optimal use of information in political institutions is essential for success in achieving the objectives set out in the First Conference of the Communist Party of Cuba. In this sense, the present research studies the importance of information management systems within organizations as a positive method to increase the control levels of the Provincial Party vehicle fleet, as well as provide useful information that will help in making decisions to optimize the results of work. On the basis of this study, a computer application for the management and control of transport and its material resources is designed and developed. This is deployed in a Web environment, using client - server technology in conjunction with the integrated package Symfony 2.7 on the server side and Boostrap 3 on the client side. Software Engineering is carried out using the hybrid AM-RUP methodology that allows a broad conception of what is going to be done in the application in question and makes its development viable. It is designed to respond to the need to provide an optimal mechanism with the appropriate methodologies for capturing all types of information as well as the specific data corresponding to the management and control of vehicles, with the study of the data that this application will provide the transport department will be able to optimize the work model that its personnel must carry out today. It will be possible to generate different reports that are required by the department, as well as facilitate the joint work of the administration office, transport workshop and the service center.
