Abstract

The management of projects is vital for organizations nowadays, focused by some as the coordination of all the factors and resources that are used for the achievement and fulfillment of the objective of the entity, a product, service, the increase of the quality, or some positive change to add value to a process within the company. This article addresses the proposal for the implementation of a management model for software development projects that will have a great impact on the community. The application of innovative methodologies of project management for the environment in which it will be developed is novel, the proposal will influence the delivery on time of the software which will mean greater product quality and results in a shorter time, will provide a model that can be used as a basis for future developments and a greater knowledge of these methodologies, their application and their benefits. The delivery of this Software in the agreed time will provide the possibility to attend with greater urgency to specific cases of risk, at the same time it will generate a cumulative of statistically significant information that will support the public, private and social initiative to make opportune decisions to attend the cases of increased risk of falling into the use of addictive substances.
