Inventory system for toll retrofitting and intelligent traffic systems (ITS)

This research develops the proposal for the creation of the Inventory System for the repair of Tolls and Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS). The problem that originated this project is summarized as the deficiency in the process of controlling the repair inventory at the Amado Nervo toll booth, located on the Jala-Compostela Highway at kilometer 31+620. This prevented proper monitoring of the parts and components used in the maintenance of the equipment. The methodology followed for the development of the web system was incremental. As a result, the development of the aforementioned web system is presented with an intuitive design and a high degree of usability, improving the efficiency in the management of the parts inventory for maintenance. The conclusion of the study is that the creation of this system represents an immediate benefit for both highway users and toll booth workers by automating the management of the repair inventory through the platform.
