In recent years, the Mexican population connected to the internet has grown strongly, a growing part of this population is a Smartphone user, while social networks, each time have a greater informative value, as well as the interest of the population in the social security issues. In this article, we describe a system consisting of a server and a mobile application for users directed to the Android operating system, which through the use of technologies such as Google Maps, the AppEngine platform and social networks facilitate and maintain communication between a community of people interested in natural, environmental and social disasters, potentially dangerous for the population in general. This system is intended to detonate the development of more tools or services incorporating all the potential that new mobile technologies allow, in areas of high social impact.
