Abstract

The new challenges of international educational policies, such as those proposed by the United Nations Educational Organization, science and culture (UNESCO), including the use of technologies of information and communication technology (ICT) in the process of teaching and learning. Some countries, like Mexico, have followed this trend. The challenge of public institutions, especially those of upper secondary education or high school, is to find ways for inclusion with limited financial resources. In this way, a proposal is made for the use of ICT through the inverted class model or flipped classroom, through the incorporation of resources provided by Intranet Office 365, exposing from the approach to the selection of tools as an alternative to include ICT for those institutions that have licensing in this platform.
