Computer technology in organizations is a tool of vital importance, its usefulness in attaining the goals and objectives proposed by the organization is not objected. The constant advances in this matter do not stop surprising the world. The present work does not intend to draw attention in these technological advances, but in the own organization that acquires the technology, so that it takes into account, that an important part of the organization is its human resource, with its beliefs, attitudes, ways of being, errors, successes and mistakes; what necessarily influences the good progress of an organization and the use of the material resources it introduces for its operation.
